Welcome! and Thank you for visiting the Organizers web page!

We are always interested in hiring journeymen/women plumbers and pipefitters and experienced apprentices.

What is organizing?
Organizing is the common term used for a group of workers looking to join a union. Workers organize for various reasons, be it to improve their working conditions, increase their pay or benefits, and/or to create a better working environment.

If you don't have any experience in the pipe trades, we have the best apprenticeship program available in Western Colorado.  All you need is a valid drivers license and a high school diploma or G.E.D. to apply.

The benefits of being a member of Local #145 are:
*Free family medical, dental, and vision insurance.
